The first thing to do is stay calm. Acting quickly helps protect your card balance. Here’s how you can report a lost or stolen Nol Card:

Replacing a standard Silver Nol Card costs around AED 30. It’s a small price to pay for keeping your credit safe. If you’re using a personalised Nol Card—a popular choice for students—it might cost a bit more. These cards show your name and photo, making them even more secure.
