Teaching Style

We take great pride in hand-picking highly experienced teachers who are passionate about teaching the English language and creating an amicable atmosphere in the classroom. Most of our teachers work full time at ES, which helps ensure that students have continuity in their learning experience and lessons. Teaching Quality

Teaching Style

At ES we focus on the objectives, needs and aims of our students to plan their studies. Our approach to teaching English is ‘Learner Centric’ and our learners are encouraged to participate actively in class and to make suggestions about topics of interest to them. We aim to promote learner independence and take into account their feedback when planning our lessons.

All our teachers plan fast-paced, interactive lessons so that students are motivated to learn. Our courses are interesting, relevant and enjoyable.

As part of our efforts to improve student satisfaction, we carry out regular teacher evaluations every 6 weeks. This process helps to maintain consistent standards for high quality teaching.

Student feedback is very important to us and is vital to our success. Feedback is gathered from students throughout their course via an online questionnaire.

The advice that I give to my students is to always work on themselves and be confident in their English, even when they feel they are making mistakes. It is very important to have confidence and to always try your best. The students that really improve are those who push themselves and are not afraid.
