Cancellation & Refund Policy

ES Training DMCC defines “cancellation” as a change occurring before the start date of the first course. All cancellations must be made in writing to our admissions office and the following refund policies apply: Enrolment Fees, Courier Fees, Visa Fees, Administration Fees and Third-party fees (agent commission) are non-refundable.

In order to cancel the enrolment with ES Training DMCC, the students need to provide prior written notice to the concerned department.

The processing of the refunds will be based on the following terms:

  • Upon receiving cancellation request 14 days prior to the course start date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  • Upon receiving cancellation request 7 days prior to the course start date, 20% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  • Upon being notified after the course start date, no refunds will be issued.
